Iron is a grey-coloured metal. It's known to be the most common metal that can be mined and is essential to many crafting recipes and required for all boats, Ironclads are infamous for requiring large swathes of iron which can prove tedious to produce.
Iron can be acquired by mining rocks with any pickaxe, the Stone Pickaxe exclusively drops iron, however only 1 piece at a time. Tools made of iron are very basic, and give higher chance of getting rare resources with tools made out of them.
Iron is needed for the making of Steel alongside Coal, which is an essential component of steam engine parts, and also used as fuel for most ships which have engines attached to them.

- Iron's prefix while making furniture items is 'Sturdy.' Remember that metals only have prefixes while producing furniture using them; not for weapons.
- Iron has a 1/6 chance of losing durability upon use as a tool or weapon.
- Iron can be purchased from the Premium Merchant for 80 Robux (for 100 units).
- Iron has a high demand in the market. It can be used to make Steel, Steam Engines, Round Shots, Flintlock Ammo, Caplock Ammo, and a variety of other things, which are often seen as essential items.
- Cast Iron is also made by combining 3 iron which oddly makes a weaker material.
